Do I need to run the Audit before the Sprint?
The Audit is embedded in the Sprint — it's how we establish your baseline before execution. You don't pay for both; the Sprint includes the full audit as its first week of work.
What's included in the free sample audit?
Before you commit to anything, we run 5–10 queries in your category across the major AI engines and send you the actual results — what's being said about your space, who's being named, and where you currently show up. No obligation, no pitch call required.
How is payment handled?
We invoice via Stripe after the scope is confirmed. Audits and Sprints are paid upfront. Monthly engagements bill on the first of each month and can be canceled before the next billing cycle with no penalty.
What if we don't see results?
AI engine citation updates typically take 4–8 weeks to reflect. We re-test all target queries at the end of each Sprint and give you the before/after measurement. If citation frequency doesn't move, we work with you to diagnose why and adjust — at no additional cost.
Do you work with companies outside SaaS?
